Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits

All employees will be required to review and enroll/re-enroll or waive medical and FSA coverage for January 2025. If you take no action, these benefits will be terminated as of December 31, 2024. Unless you experience a qualifying life event mid year, your next opportunity to enroll in these benefits will be the 2026 open enrollment. Watch your inbox for log in instructions.

What to know for 2025

We are excited to announce that all benefit plans and carriers will remain the same with some minor changes below:

  • No cost for employee only coverage to enroll in our HDHP medical plan.
  • UHC HDHP Deductible has increased from $3,200 to $3,300 for individuals and $6,400 to $6,600 for family.
  • NEW! Contentstack will contribute $200 per year to your HSA account, contributed on a per pay period basis.
  • The PPO plan will now have a 5% increase to the employee only premium.
  • Higher IRS contribution limits for 2025:
    • HSA Annual Limits: $4,300 Individual / $8,550 Family
    • 2025 Healthcare FSA Limit: $3,300 with $660 carry-over maximum
    • 2025 Dependent Care FSA Limit: $5,000
    • 2025 Parking / Transit Limit: $325 / $325

Select Your 2025 Coverage
Decide if you need to make changes to your current benefits, want to enroll in a new plan, or contribute to an FSA or HSA for 2025. If you’re adding any dependents to your coverage, make sure you have all the information you’ll need – date of birth, Social Security number, and supporting documentation.

  • Log into the UKG platform at contentstack.UKG.com
  • Make your benefit elections
  • Add the dependents you want to cover
  • Enroll in the Flexible Spending Account
